David Kwao-Sarbah

DavidDavid Kwao-Sarbah is Assistant Director, Centre for Research and Business Development at the Christian Service University College, Kumasi, a doctoral candidate in Public Policy and Administration at the University of Western Cape in South Africa, and a research fellow of the Tokyo Foundation for Policy Research (Sylff), Japan.

He is a member of the Arterial Network (Africa), the African Cultural Policy Network (ACPN) and the Arts Council of the African Studies Association (ACASA), and has also served on the Steering Committee of the South African National Chapter of the Arterial Network.

He has organised, and also assisted in organising international forums, including the International Conference on African Culture and Development, to enhance networks, interactions and businesses in the creative sector since 2008. He co-authored the Arts Advocacy and Networking Toolkit, a manual of the Arterial Network, for the creative sector in Africa to enhance the work of arts practitioners.
